I agree with the review. I will add that the film lacks a certain warmth that existed on the show and that I hope more western music makes it to the final cut as it sets the tone for the universe these characters live in and make the six-shooters and the cowboy speak less odd. Over all it was a fantastic movie. Two thumbs up.

Kendall: I agree with you 100%. I want people to experience the movie without having the most important parts given away...and man, it's gonna be haaaard not being able to talk about some of that stuff for four more months.

Tim: Yes, indeed, it is that Ron Glass. Funny how things come full circle, huh? I might have to find the old Goat "interview" and put it up somewhere. And I've been telling you for almost year to watch that show, gorram you. Don't put in your Netflix queue--click on the Amazon link accompanying the review and just buy the damn thing. You won't be sorry, and then you'll be all ready when you go see the movie with on September 30--you are going to be here that weekend for WizardWorld Boston, right?

I have to say that your review was spot-on. I saw the Preview release of it on the 26th of May and was floored. I have spent the past few days trying to explain to my Firefly-fan friends how awesome the movie is, without giving any of it away.

This movie is to be experienced, not told about. I'll be dragging people I know to the local theater on September 30th, you can bet on that fact.
